When will I receive my order? Orders will ship within 2-3 business days and will be shipped USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Most orders arrive 3-5 days after they ship.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Please contact us via email before placing your order and we will discuss options with you. Please include details in your email regarding your shipping location and what products you would like to order.
My package did not arrive, what should I do? Packages that are tracked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. We do not issue refunds on lost packages. With your tracking number, you can work directly with the shipping company to issue a refund, if needed.
Do you except returns? If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at returns@casualcasita.com with within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to determine if your order qualifies for a refund. Once approved, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility.
